Is it time to go deep?

Sometimes we need to go within and face the blocks head-on. When healing hasn’t shifted it and no amount of journalling seems to get to the heart of the matter…. This is when we up the anti and consider a Personal Power quest.

This is a personal 2 to 3-day retreat. Here at Ngapotiki St, Paraparaumu Beach, we have a caravan in the entrance to the property. For the majority of your time, you will be in the caravan and closed off to the world. (No cell phone, computers or entertainment, books etc.) The caravan is completely self-contained, with a fully functioning kitchen and toilet etc So there is no reason to go out.
I will be giving you things to write about and focus on throughout your time. These will be to support you to go deep into the blocks and struggles that are holding you back.

You are welcome to just book the caravan for a restful retreat, but this is something more. You will not be speaking to anyone else, other than me, and our conversations will be brief. The idea is to remove everything that is stopping you from facing your limitations.

This is loosely inspired by the traditional vision quests. However, vision quests are a lot more physically taxing than what I am offering. In a Vision quest, you would sit in a circle of stones outside, with a bottle of water and blanket, for 3 days. No food or distractions, and wait for a vision, an answer to your situation or medicine to help you through them. The hardship of denying yourself comfort is part of what brings you to a place of realisation. They are an amazing experience.
