I started coaching people over 20 years ago. I know you will have read about other people who have done a coaching training course and learnt the “Official Life Coaching” program. I started to coach before that was really a thing and it’s not really what I do. I am told that I see the world through a different lens and therefore find solutions where others see none. I will not give you a cookie-cutter session of one size fits all. Because you are unique. I will give you equally unique explanations and coaching to support you with your unique soul path. I will explain things in a down-to-earth way that you can follow easily, because life shouldn’t be hard.

Often learning some easy-to-do skills or gaining some understanding about an issue is all we need to make a huge positive shift in our quality of life.
We will talk about the challenges or goals of your life. You direct the focus of the session. I am able to look at the ‘energy’ on what you are saying and give you a deeper understanding of how to move forward.
Sometimes you will need help with things that are troubling you. Sometimes you may have a list of questions for me to answer for you. Sometimes you may wish to create an action plan to meet your goals, or perhaps to celebrate an achievement. Anything is possible in these sessions.
I have had people want to focus on why their kids won’t eat ‘properly’. So we look at Soul reasons and past-life root causes for an answer.

Along with gaining an understanding, I will also give you things you can do to improve your chances of moving forward. There are so many ways to improve life with easy-to-do actions. Ways to be more grounded or present, to be more happy or productive. Maybe this is learning how to clear your energy or your house’s energy or how to shield yourself from negativity. It could be the way to set a goal and reach it. The list is endless. The choice is yours.

People commit to receiving this type for support for many reasons. Some people have continuous health issues. So we heal them and teach them some self-healing skills.

• Some want to explore their intuition. Some need to understand their Soul purpose more. Some are doing higher level study or sport and need energy support to maintain the energy required.
  Some are mothers of preschoolers and want to stimulate their minds with a coach who won’t judge if they show up in jam-covered pyjamas.
  Each session is designed to meet your needs on the day. You decide which direction we are going. If you don’t have a clue, we will figure it out together.
