Finding the Heart’s Light Sessions. – Support and skills-based sessions.

Wherever you are in life, the light of your heart will pull you forward. When I am working in a Heart’s Light session, My focus is to pull you forward out of the dark. I will increase your soul’s light and positive energy to support you to live a happier life. I illuminate a deeper understanding of all those unanswerable questions. If you have a dream to achieve, we will create energy pathways of divine light. This way your soul can walk the path to you achieving your purpose.

What is in the heart’s light session is guided by you and your path forward.

Some people come for A heart Light session when they are feeling like they are at the end of their endurance. Perhaps they are ill. Maybe they are overwhelmed by life and feel like their heart’s light is about to flicker out completely. When this is the case, we start with healing and unpacking the struggles. As we unpack, we find things that they can do to heal themselves. Many people at this point feel like they have tried everything. The heart is more resilient than we give it credit for and there is always another tool to support us in healing.

Some people come to find a deeper journey for the heart to call out to. Perhaps they have a need to understand the deeper aspects of themselves and the universe. Perhaps they can feel they are meant for a purpose and want help to find it. Perhaps there is “stuff” in their past that they need to understand on a deeper level.

Some people come to learn their own spiritual gifts and skills. Many times our soul skills are totally unique to each individual and therefore can’t be learnt from books or YouTube clips.

Some people are in a great place in their lives but are wise enough to understand that ongoing support will keep them in their hearts light and shining brightly.

The facilitator will work within your belief system. If you “don’t really believe in this stuff” or are very open. If you are religious or atheist. The journey of finding the Heart’s Light is about your heart, your purpose and your beliefs. It is led by your choices.

Arniya Heartford

Arniya has been doing heart sessions since the early 90s. Over this time she has developed a large repertoire of knowledge and skills to empower clients to be their own support structure. She has a special interest in clearing bigger energy issues and finding solutions where there appear to be no options left.
