Monday and Thursday mornings, we meet in the tent at 9:20 am, for a little instruction and explanation. If the weather and tide are good, we will walk together to the beach at 9:30. If the beach does not work, we will do the process in the warmth of the tent
We will start by honouring the energies of the Directions and the Elements. We stand together, and Arniya will invoke the energy of the East, the Element of the Air and all associated energies that want to connect on the day.
We will then walk for 5 mins to connect to the energy of the East /Air. Connecting and listening for guidance. If you are not capable of walking, you can sit. You can walk at your own speed and level of conscious walking.
At the end of the 5 mins, we return to our circle and repeat the process for each direction in turn.
You will be encouraged to “talk to” the energies of each Direction and to “listen” to their reply.
