The New flow of Ascension Energy Shifts for the New Year 2026 began early on the 28th of December ‘25. Since then there has been a steady flow of a few each month, through until June when they ramped up and grew into often deeper journeys, with over a dozen in the month. You can catch up on these past Shifts with the recordings, I can recommend the right ones for you in a package. They are still very powerful done this way and help to lift you and integrate any upgrades in consciousness with ease.
