Daily healing Journeys - these are pre-recorded. The first 8 days are a set program. After that you can pick and choose the journey to fit your own process. Journeys can be anywhere from 30minuets to 1hr 45minuets.
The longer ones are a lot more powerful, but some days you may not have time, so I will add in some shorter journeys as well.
