In August of 2025, I experienced a sudden increase in the number of clients presenting with an imbalance within the energy of the water elemental in their bodies. After the first few, I scanned and realised that this was happening for everyone. Some people’s bodies managed to rebalance- some did not. This meditation is to help rebalance the water elemental energy. If your body isn’t managing to correct the imbalance, this is how that looks.

Fear of action.
Our internal water elementals (undines) need help to negotiate this change.
