Below is a list of some of the shifts from 2023. We have not loaded all of the shifts from 2023 yet. Hopefully, we will get time to load more of the over 250 shifts we recorded in our first year of receiving the shift. For now, I hope you enjoy the ones we have. I have put a * next to all on this list, so when we add more soon, you can tell which ones are new.
As you are listening to these recordings you will get more from them if you visualise yourself going back in time to the moment when they were recorded. Pretend that you are listening to them live when the energy was fresh. Listening to a recording will never be as powerful as it was being present on the live zoom, but its better than nothing.
