This one felt special for me. It was explained before the shift that the shift could be experienced in different levels of intensity. The more you surrender, the bigger the lift, the greater the shift. Often in shifts, they will give you a choice of what you want to embrace. This one was a take-no-prisoners, boots and all journey. The guardians that came through at the beginning were referred to as "warrior Healers". They went to battle for us. Clearing the darkness from around us and setting us free.
