


Breathing Awareness as Spiritual Practice ~ Katie Te Ani
This session focuses on using Breath and Breathing Awareness as a daily Spiritual Practice. This includes the yogic Breath technique of Pranayama to reset the nervous system, Dancing the Breath to sacred music - a harmonious wayof being Present with the vibrations and rhythms of music and flowing with our body ‘s rhythm and just being with our natural breathing in daily life, as a way of moving beyond the monkey Mind into stillness, being in our body and dwelling in Presence.
