This Ebook is designed to help you to look at what are your core values and priorities? Where does your moral compass point to?
Through a series of exercises, you are encouraged to listen to your own internal dialogue. Why are you making the choices that you are making? Are you making the choices of the person that you want to be?

There are 30 pages in the ebook. Some will take you a while to work through. Some are a question with room to write your reply. Each one is a journey.

This e-book provides a gentle but deep process that guides you to look at what truly matters to you — where your moral compass points, what’s driving your decisions, and whether those decisions line up with the person you really want to be. Some pages are quick reflections, and others take a bit more time to sit with. Every page feels like a little journey in itself.

I worked through some of it with my partner while we were off-grid, and it ended up being such a meaningful experience. It gave us both insight into where our individual priorities sit, and more importantly, showed us how in sync we are. That was so reassuring and grounding for our relationship.

You really do need to carve out time for this — a few hours of uninterrupted space, where you can be fully present and let your intuition guide you (no second guessing). It’s not something to rush. But it’s so worth it.

This is one of those practical, soul-nourishing tools that I think everyone should do for themselves, whether you're in a relationship or just checking in with who you're becoming. Enlightening, grounding, and full of quiet wisdom.- Alina
