Q?:“I keep falling asleep in shifts and meditations”

I often have people tell me that they fall asleep or “trance out” during meditations or shifts.
This is often because of a lack of oxygen in the brain. Taking a few minutes before you start a process, to fill your body with air will help. Try slow deep breaths down into your belly. See the oxygen particles entering into your energy flow and travelling up to feed the brain and keep it alert.
Alternatively, focus on your grounding. Do something to keep yourself aware of your feet through the process. My teacher suggested a tray of marbles but this was painful and loud. I found that something soft and fluffy under my feet worked just as well. After a while, I didn’t need it.
If neither of these work, then I would be asking if there was a part of you or something around you that did not want you to receive the lift in vibration that the process would give you. In this case, clear your energy. Sheild the space you are in and claim it as sacred.
You could also have energy blocks or past life issues that are blocking your connection to your feet and the earth. These are often easily cleared in a healing session
