Do you have a Misery Mantra going on?

Do you have a misery mantra? Those statements of perceived ‘fact’ about how horrible life is? “My health is bad”. “My job is horrible”. “My relationship is falling apart” These stories we repeat in our minds repeatedly. The scream for sympathy that is shared with anyone who will listen. The words are repeated so often that they become a mantra of our misery.

The misery mantra heralds more of the same experience into our lives.

I have discussed this concept with enough people to know most people’s responses to this concept.
“My struggles deserve to be heard. How do I let go of the pain if I’m not allowed to talk about it?”
Absolutely, you should talk through your issues. Once, fully and completely. Twice if you need to. Breath into the pain, and stay truly present with it. Really feel the struggle. Express it fully. Scream and shout, if you need to. Beat up your pillow, and break some plates from the local charity store. (Buy them first) fully experience and release all of the horribleness of your life. You are totally entitled to your moment of misery.

Allow yourself a full and rich Moment of expression, so that you do not need to wallow in misery. What you focus on is like a vacuum cleaner that pulls more of the same towards it. If you focus on a positive reality, the vacuum cleaner will clean up the path forward. You can walk forward with grace. If you focus on misery, the vacuum cleaner will just suck.

If the misery mantra persists, Ask for help! Perhaps it is something we can clear in a session with healing or using clairvoyance to find a deeper understanding. There is always a way through. Together we can find a light at the end of the misery tunnel and get you back on a happier road.

“I embrace, then release all of my misery mantras and claim a magnificent new reality.”
