When someone is having a medical crisis, we will often talk about putting them into the “Recovery Position”. Yet when the crisis is on a mental, emotional or spiritual level, we try to push through till a brighter day.

This personal retreat is to support you into a place where you can recover. Whether that is from a traumatic event or just life in general. We all know the last few years have been ….. taxing, on most people. Alow yourself time to come and unwind, Perhaps you want time to unpack what you have been through. Perhaps you need a little healing and massage. or Walks on the beach. Or maybe its quality time with a book or a movie. You can use the oracle cards and other healing tools. We can create a crystal grid for you to recharge or meditate in. You can have a outside bath and look at the stars.

We can talk before and plan a menu of options that will fill up your cup till it over flows with bliss. We all need a little break occasionally. Time to unwind and decompress without the judgement of those around us. We are here to support your journey what ever it looks like.
