When laying down becomes chilling out

A few tools and even the darkest time can be made easier

There are times in everyone’s life that make you want to hide under the bed and mutter bad words under your breath.
It’s ok to be sad sometimes,
but you do not need to struggle.

This class is aimed to give you simple skills that will support you to climb out of the darkness. With a little understanding and a few techniques, you can be empowered when the foofoo hits the fan.
While we may do meditations or mindfulness, this course is based on different ways to use energy to empower yourself.

We will look at how to penduluming to support yourself. We will take a detailed look at grounding, being present, power games, and payoffs, to list a few. There are so many different ways I can teach you to support yourself. For this reason, I let the course be slightly organic with what we cover. This allows us to tailor it to the group.
